Join Our Team! We're Looking for a Sushi Chef / Weekend Extra at Sushi Daily Skellefteå Are you passionate about great food and want to work with one of Europe's leading sushi concepts? Our kiosk at ICA Maxi in Skellefteå is operating at full speed, and now we're looking for a dedicated and independent team member to strengthen our staff! We're looking for someone who wants to work part-time (approximately 40–60 %). Work hours are daytime, primarily on weekends (Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Sunday). The position is perfect as a side job while studying, but we'd love it if you had some flexibility as there are good opportunities to swap shifts with our existing chef if needed. For the right person, there are also good opportunities for a higher position (more than 60 %) if the need arises down the line. What Does the Role Involve? As a sushi chef with us, you work with genuine food craftsmanship from the ground up. You prepare raw ingredients, roll sushi according to Sushi Daily's successful concept, and provide ICA Maxi's customers with fantastic service. Since weekend shifts involve working solo, you'll have great personal responsibility for keeping the kiosk running smoothly, maintaining the highest hygiene standards, and keeping it well-stocked with fresh sushi. Who Are We Looking For? Background: You have experience producing food in a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment. Personality: You're a quick learner, take initiative, and are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility. Flexibility: You enjoy weekend work and have the ability to fill in or swap shifts with your colleague when needed. Previous sushi experience is not required, but it's a plus. With the right personality and basic kitchen experience, we'll provide all the sushi training you need!
