The role of Support Technician involves being the first point of contact for users experiencing technical problems. The Support Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues in Kronofogden's services and integrations. The role also includes documenting and escalating more complex problems to development teams as well as contributing to the maintenance and improvement of IT infrastructure. As a Support Technician, you are responsible for: Providing quick and efficient technical support to teams responsible for business systems Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to IST's services and integrations Documenting problems, actions and solutions in Confluence/Jira Escalating complex problems to other technical teams when needed and following up to ensure they are resolved Performing routine maintenance and upgrades of services and third-party products Collaborating with development teams and external vendors to solve problems and implement new technical solutions Participating in planning and development to stay updated on Kronofogden's service development and changes Contributing to continuous improvement of the support process by identifying common issues and suggesting preventive measures Everyone working at Kronofogden contributes to the fight against crime. Your tasks include identifying and preventing attempts at crime as well as notifying other authorities of suspected crimes. Your qualifications: We are looking for someone who has: At least a high school diploma Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing Several years of work experience with: Linux (Rhel) SQL (Oracle) WebLogic Server (WLS) or similar Java server Shell script OpenShift a coordinating position. At least 1 year of work experience with: ActiveMQ Grafana and Prometheus It is desirable if you have experience with: Kubernetes or similar platform API (WSO2) Splunk XML/JSON Jira Confluence Python ServiceNow Jenkins GIT iipax (SHS) About us Kronofogden is a government agency with an important mission. Good to know The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an IT caseworker. The assignment is carried out mainly on-site at the agency's office and only in exceptional cases is there an opportunity to work remotely. A security clearance with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment.
