JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Support Specialist at Klaravik, you will answer, assist, and explain to customers—both Swedish and international—over phone and email. You'll be part of a great team that works together passionately to resolve cases and deliver the best possible customer experience at Klaravik. The pace is fast and you'll handle and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously. Problem-solving is a major part of your day-to-day work, and you have significant responsibility for your own tasks, including making decisions to some extent. All to help us together create world-class customer satisfaction! PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for you—a star at customer service who enjoys working with the phone and computer as your tools. You are unpretentious, curious, and solution-oriented. You're skilled at communicating and expressing yourself both over the phone and in writing, whether it's in Swedish or English. You're also driven to go that extra mile for the customer—something that can make a real difference in the overall customer experience. Previous experience with customer support and familiarity with Zendesk or other customer management systems is a plus. ABOUT THE POSITION The Support Specialist position is a full-time consulting assignment for approximately 12 months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant at Klaravik.
