Supply Quality Manager

Description We are now seeking a Supply Quality Manager for a long-term assignment with our client in advanced technology and industrial operations. The assignment is a critical part of the client's supply chain, focusing on ensuring and developing the quality of purchased items, materials, and subsystems. The role involves close collaboration with both suppliers and internal functions and is ideal for you if you have solid experience in quality and supplier management. About the Assignment As a Supply Quality Manager, you will be part of one of four product categories: Mechanics, Electronics, Systems, or IMK (non-metallic components). You are responsible for quality assuring purchased items and suppliers in line with the client's procurement strategy, policies, and procedures. The work encompasses both operational and development efforts, including responsibility for quality requirements in request for quotations, agreements, and purchase orders. You will conduct process and product audits at suppliers and drive improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance in the supplier chain. Key Responsibilities: Management of cases in the quality system Handling and follow-up of FAIs Defect case management and claims Conduction of root cause analyses, both internally and externally Risk analyses related to suppliers and products Corrective actions and improvement programs together with suppliers Monitoring and analysis of supplier quality performance You will work closely with other quality functions within the organization. Travel occurs regularly, primarily within Sweden but also within Europe. Your Profile 2–4 years of experience Higher education or university degree in engineering Strong knowledge of quality and quality management Experience with case management, FAI, and root cause investigations Ability to work in a structured and analytical manner Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with both internal and external parties Ability to take own initiative and drive work independently Meritorious Experience in Supply Quality / supplier quality Practical experience with quality tools such as 8D, DMAIC, 6σ, RCA, MSA, and FMEA Experience with the business system IFS Previous work in leading or coordinating roles within quality Additional Information Work Model: On-site Location: Linköping Security Clearance: Yes, required before assignment start
