We are now recruiting a Supply Planner/Procurement Planner for Orkla Foods' factory in Tollarp. With us, you'll have the opportunity to work between the factory and headquarters, gaining insight into production, procurement, and the interface with sales. You'll become a key person who contributes to securing deliveries and developing our processes – your voice carries weight when we solve challenges and drive improvements. About the role As a Supply Planner, you'll be an important part of the Tollarp factory and responsible for operational production planning, where the plan is optimized based on delivery reliability, productivity, and inventory value. A central part of the work is also to ensure that raw materials are in place at the right time so that production can flow smoothly. Here you'll combine independent analytical work with close collaboration both within the factory and with central functions, and contribute to a working approach characterized by clarity, cohesion, and work satisfaction. Daily contact with production means the pace is varied and priorities may shift, while collaboration with the Supply Network Planner, Demand Planner, and factory management gives the role a broad perspective and an important place in the S&OP process's short-term horizon. What you'll have the opportunity to work with: Optimize the production plan for the best possible overall economics in collaboration with the Supply Network Planner, while managing daily priorities and changing conditions. Plan raw materials for production; send purchase orders and supplier forecasts and maintain ongoing communication with suppliers. When needed, communicate delivery problems to the central procurement organization. Follow deviation-based system processes with great emphasis on maintaining master data. Responsible for handling invoice discrepancies and complaints in collaboration with logistics and quality. Analyze deviations and follow up on KPIs such as delivery reliability, inventory value, and waste to drive improvements. Lead and participate in important meetings within the S&OP process's shorter horizon, within the factory and together with the central demand planning department. Your communication skills, analytical sharpness, and structured approach create clarity and momentum in daily work.
