Are you an experienced Supply Chain specialist who thrives in a coordinating role with many points of contact? Adecco is now seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for our client Siemens Energy in Finspång. In this role, you will be an important part of ensuring delivery capability, creating transparency in the supply chain, and supporting planned production growth within the Hot Blades & Vanes business area. You will have the opportunity to work closely with procurement, planning, logistics, production, and suppliers to identify risks, manage challenges, and contribute to a stable material flow. About You We are looking for someone with experience in Supply Chain, planning, procurement, logistics, or production in a manufacturing operation. You have a good understanding of the supply chain, have the ability to identify deviations and drive measures in complex delivery flows, and thrive in an analytical and coordinating role. We believe you currently work as a Supply Planner, Material Planner, Supply Chain Specialist, production planner, or in a similar role with responsibility for delivery assurance, capacity planning, or material flows. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English. Experience with SAP and subcontracting processes is a merit. Examples of Work Tasks: Analyze and visualize the delivery status of critical components. Compile information from procurement, planning, logistics, production, and external subcontractors. Identify and follow up on risks, deviations, and bottlenecks in the supply chain. Analyze lead times, capacity constraints, and material flows. Support and ensure material supply against the operation's production plan. Drive and coordinate cross-functional activities together with relevant functions and suppliers. Develop decision-making materials and create a clear picture of the delivery status for the operation and management. This is a full-time position and a consulting assignment via Adecco starting September 1, 2026, and lasting until February 28, 2027. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
