Key Role in Management Team – Close to Both Production and Decision-Making Supply Chain Manager Do you want to take full responsibility for production, procurement, and logistics in a growing manufacturing company? Viverk is now seeking an engaged and business-minded Supply Chain Manager who wants to help develop the operations, create efficient flows, and contribute to the company's continued growth. RESPONSIBILITIES As Supply Chain Manager, you will have a key role responsible for coordinating, developing, and optimizing the flow between production, procurement, and logistics. You will work both strategically and operationally and become an important part of creating an efficient, flexible, and reliable operation. You will be part of the company's management team and responsible for the material and production chain. Your main areas of responsibility include: Lead and develop production with a focus on quality, efficiency, and delivery reliability Responsible for production planning, capacity, and resource allocation Lead and develop employees in production and supply chain Work with production development, continuous improvement, and efficient workflows Participate in and drive investment planning and production development Monitor production economics and relevant key metrics Ensure efficient procurement processes and proper material supply Work with supplier development, ordering, and inventory levels Responsible for procurement of production-critical products and services Ensure efficient deliveries, transport, and logistics flows Production employs approximately 20 employees, primarily technicians and machinery builders. Currently, there are two employees in procurement. The role therefore entails clear leadership responsibility while you are expected to be close to the operations and daily production. QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES We are looking for someone with experience from manufacturing industry and a good understanding of how production, material supply, procurement, and planning work together to create an efficient flow. For example, you may have worked with production management, production planning, production engineering, procurement, or supply chain and feel ready to take on broader overall responsibility. We would like to see that you have: Experience from manufacturing industry Good understanding of production planning and material flows Experience in leading and developing employees Understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supplier collaboration An economical and business-minded approach Good system skills and ability to work structured with follow-up and key metrics Relevant technical, economic, or industrial education is a merit As a person, you are driven, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy combining a strategic perspective with present and operational leadership and thrive best in an environment with short decision paths where your ideas can be turned into real improvements. You are confident in your leadership, communicative, and have a knack for creating engagement and good collaborations. At the same time, you have the ability to analyze the business, prioritize correctly, and drive change from idea to implementation.
