Your role as a Supply Chain Management Consultant We are now seeking driven and engaged consultants in Supply Chain Management for assignments in the region. You will work independently or in teams to help our customers create and optimize efficient solutions, flows, and supply chain readiness. You will, among other things, work on planning, managing, and designing our customers' material and information flows in the best possible way. We work in areas such as business development, material planning, industrialization, production development, and process and quality improvements, and we help our customers build resilience in terms of the ability to quickly adjust production, identify alternative materials, and verify that new products meet standards. Who are you? We are looking for someone with a civil engineering degree, engineering degree, or business degree with necessary education and a minimum of two years of documented experience in Supply Chain Management. You have an interest in technology, logistics, and business-oriented improvement work, and you may also take on a more coordinating or leadership role in the projects we undertake. You also have a good understanding of and interest in modern IT solutions and business systems. As a person, you are independent and responsible. You are experienced in collaborating to achieve set goals, have good analytical skills, and are driven. Furthermore, it is important that you are outgoing and relationship-building, as the work involves many contacts both internally and externally. You need to be able to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. If you have experience from the automotive, telecommunications, defense, or government sectors, this is a plus. Regarding security clearance: Since the position involves work covered by defense security, you must complete and be approved for a security clearance with background checks.
