As a Supply Administrator with us, you'll have a day-to-day role where organization and order truly make a real difference – for the environment and for people's health. You'll be an important link between purchasing, inventory, laboratories, and suppliers, helping to ensure that all materials are in place when needed. Here you'll combine practical work with administrative tasks in an environment where quality, safety, and sustainability are in focus. We are a national company within environmental analysis and laboratory services, with several offices and labs around the country. We work in the private sector, but with a clear societal mission: to contribute to a better environment and to protect public health. Now we're looking for someone who likes structure, likes to keep things flowing smoothly – and who actually finds a well-organized warehouse satisfying. About the role As a Supply Administrator, you'll work closely with the laboratory and other support processes, ensuring that the material flow runs smoothly from order to inventory and on to operations. You'll monitor levels, follow-up, and documentation and help us maintain high quality and delivery reliability. You work according to clear procedures but also have room to suggest improvements. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you're curious, thorough, and like to learn new systems and procedures. You appreciate teamwork, but have no problem taking on your own responsibility and driving your tasks forward. Upper secondary education is required Experience with administrative work in purchasing, warehouse, logistics, or similar is a plus Practical experience from warehouse, packing, or similar operations is a plus Good computer skills and confidence working with different systems Good ability to communicate in Swedish orally and in writing, plus basic English You work in a structured, thorough manner and have a good sense of order What we offer Here you get more than "just a job" – you become part of an operation where your work actually contributes to protecting the environment and people's health. We are accredited and certified according to international standards, which means we take quality, safety, and environmental responsibility very seriously. At the same time, we have a day-to-day operation with high pace, lots of collaboration, and short decision-making processes, where it's close to both colleagues and managers. Our culture is characterized by team spirit, commitment, and the will to improve things a little every day. We work according to LEAN principles and encourage initiative, innovation, and knowledge sharing. You'll have good opportunities for personal and professional development, and we place great importance on you being able to grow in the role and in the organization over time.
