About the Role As a Supplier Quality Manager, you'll work to ensure and develop supplier quality within the procurement operation. The role exists to ensure that suppliers deliver products that meet high quality standards and that any deviations are handled effectively and structurally. You'll be an important link between internal functions such as procurement, production, engineering, and quality, as well as external suppliers. The work is largely operational and involves investigating, coordinating, analyzing, and following up on quality-related matters while contributing to continuous improvements in the operation. Common tasks: Handle, register, investigate, and follow up on quality deviations and complaints. Coordinate dialogue and actions with suppliers and internal functions. Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement. Contribute to the development of processes, working methods, and supplier quality. Your Profile We're looking for someone who is self-driven, organized, and proactive with strong analytical abilities. You thrive in a role with many points of contact and collaborate easily with different functions while driving your own work forward. To succeed in this role, you need to be communicative, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in quality, technology, and continuous improvements. Requirements for the Position: Previous experience within production, engineering, quality, or procurement. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience working in a technical or manufacturing operation. Strong ability to analyze and follow up on quality-related matters. Meritorious It's advantageous if you have a civil or technical engineering degree or other relevant technical education. Experience in supplier quality assurance, quality tools, and knowledge of production processes are also considered advantageous. Other The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current regulations for security clearance. For positions with security classification requirements, certain citizenship may be required in some cases.
