Job Description As an SQE for Turbine Core Components, you are a natural team player with strong leadership qualities. You have many touchpoints that require excellent collaboration skills, all working toward a common goal: ensuring qualified deliveries from qualified suppliers. Key Responsibilities: • Lead supplier development projects. • Manage deviations through containment, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures and risk reduction initiatives. • Qualify suppliers together with a cross-functional team, including capacity assessment and initial audits. • Lead cross-functional teams for product and process qualification (PPQ) according to applicable processes and standards. • Support suppliers in following processes and using relevant tools. • Monitor suppliers' quality results and initiate improvement programs. • Perform root cause analyses and risk reduction measures, and follow up on effectiveness. • Plan and conduct regular supplier audits. • Collaborate proactively with global teams and internal customers. What We're Looking For: • Experience in machining, casting, coating, forging, or welding. • Technical competence and experience in production engineering. • Engineering degree at Bachelor's or Master's level. • Knowledge of quality methods such as 5 Why, FMEA, 8D, RCA, and process management. • Experience in reporting and monitoring supplier performance. • Results-oriented, structured, and with an understanding of commercial relationships. • Strong communication skills and excellent English proficiency. Swedish is highly desirable.
