We in the Operations and Maintenance Department are responsible for oversight, repair, and operation of land areas, buildings, and installations over time, maintaining good technical condition and satisfied customers. This is achieved through close collaboration with customers, other departments within the administration, and other organizations in the city. Job Duties In the energy and indoor environment area, we are responsible for the indoor environment in our properties. Facility technicians, operations technicians, and engineers in control systems, regulation monitoring, and HVAC work together to find smart operational solutions with the goal of making our properties as energy-efficient as possible. As a Control Systems Engineer, you will work with: - Alarm list management - Facility operations - In-depth troubleshooting in our control systems - Operations support to colleagues, such as operations round handovers, energy measures, recurring alarms, and inventory - Work orders - Adjustments in HMI/SCADA - Preparation of statistics - Conducting inspections - Contact with contractors Qualifications We are looking for someone with a higher education degree in control and regulation technology or longer work experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have several years of professional experience in the control and regulation field, preferably as a consultant, and experience independently managing your own projects within the field. You also have good knowledge of programming and various communication protocols, both serial and via TCP/IP, such as Modbus or M-Bus. We see that you have previously worked with comprehensive reviews in technical facility operations related to heating and ventilation, and have experience as an integrator or administrator in various control and regulation monitoring systems. Meritorious for the position is if you have many years of experience with DUC, PLC, and/or SCADA. To be successful in this role, you need to be quality-conscious, structured, and good at prioritizing. Furthermore, you need to have good collaboration skills, communication skills, and pedagogical abilities. A Category B driver's license is required for this position.
