In this key role, you will have full responsibility for the hotel's housekeeping and ensure that every guest is met with a sparkling clean hotel and a magical first impression. Become part of our team and lead the work of maintaining our high standards! You are responsible for both the strategic work and operations in your department. You will also be part of the hotel's management team and should therefore have an interest and understanding of the other departments and your important interaction. Your responsibilities: Complete responsibility for results, hygiene & quality, personnel, and budget for the department. Responsible for recruitment, training, and development within the department. Responsibility for ensuring that the department is updated and knowledgeable in the hotel's brand and safety procedures. Responsibility for continuously monitoring employee and guest satisfaction for the department. The Style Manager is expected to be in operations and must be capable and willing to perform all tasks carried out by department staff. Duty service may occur.
