Study Director for Specialist Training in General Medicine, Kiruna-Gällivare

Within Region Norrbotten, a group of 5 study directors work on Specialist Training (ST) education in general medicine within their respective primary care areas. We are now looking for you to join us in working to develop ST in general medicine in Norrbotten! We are looking for We are seeking an additional team member for the study director group in general medicine for the Kiruna-Gällivare area. You may be near the end of your ST assignment or be a fully qualified specialist physician in general medicine. We place great importance on personal qualities. Interest and commitment to educational issues are essential. You need to communicate easily and take initiative as well as enjoy collaboration in large and small settings. What you will be working with Your tasks will include: Planning, evaluating, and developing physicians' Basic Training (BT)/ST education in general medicine in Region Norrbotten together with other study directors. Informing and supporting managers, supervisors, and training physicians (BT and ST) at health centers in your area Assisting with introductions and developing training plans and competency assessment plans for newly employed BT/ST physicians. The assignment is written for 3 years at a time and salary supplements are tied to the assignment. The assignments can be combined well with clinical work or research and give you broad knowledge about educational issues and the opportunity to create new networks within and outside our health and medical care organization.
