The role offers good opportunities to work with individualized instruction and create close contact with the student. Teaching takes place entirely digitally. As a Russian study guide instructor, you support the student in their knowledge development through study guidance in their native language. You collaborate with the responsible teachers and contribute to the student reaching their learning goals. The role involves teaching a middle school student at two sessions per week, 40 minutes per lesson. The role includes: - Planning, conducting, and following up on study guidance - Adapting instruction to the student's needs and knowledge level - Supporting students' learning in various subjects by explaining concepts and content in their native language - Collaborating with teaching instructors and contributing to students' goal achievement - Using digital tools for instruction and communication. Your Profile We are looking for you with good Russian language skills and preferably with experience working with students in primary school. We would like to see that you: - Have Russian as your native language or equivalent very good language skills - Have experience with study guidance, teaching, or pedagogical work - Have a good understanding of the Swedish school system and its governing documents - Are accustomed to working digitally and can lead remote instruction - Are responsible, organized, and have good collaboration skills - Have a strong ability to motivate and build trust with students It is meritorious if you have pedagogical education or experience working with multilingual students.
