JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a study guide instructor, you need expertise in assessing newly arrived students' knowledge levels. Study guidance can be conducted together with other teaching staff or independently with a smaller group of students. As a study guide instructor, you maintain ongoing dialogue with the class's teaching staff to follow up on students' progress and results. Study guidance may be conducted at all school units in the municipality. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with excellent knowledge of both spoken and written Swedish and Turkish. You are well-versed in and understand the importance of working according to the school's governing documents, and you have a strong ability to clearly and enthusiastically organize and lead work for students' optimal development. Education with a pedagogical focus is a merit, and experience with pedagogical work in Swedish schools is desirable. You are confident in your teaching role and have the ability to create a good work environment and study atmosphere in student groups. You have a strong ability to include students in need of support and are motivated to find additional adaptations so that each student can progress as far as possible in their learning development. You have good collaboration skills and are clear in your communication. You can take own initiatives and work independently. You are structured and creative in your work approach and have the will and strong interest in helping students reach their goals. You have good computer skills and knowledge and experience working with various digital systems. A B-class driver's license is a requirement for the position. Pay form: Hourly wage.
