JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking a study guide in Mandarin, Tigrinya, Vietnamese, Albanian, Pashto, and/or French. Together with teaching teachers, you have an important role in students' development toward the goals of their education. As a study guide, you work based on the student's school background and what prior knowledge the student has both in their native language and in the Swedish language. This is a fixed-term position during the 2026/2027 school year. Employment level 25%-50% QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who speak Mandarin, Tigrinya, Vietnamese, Albanian, Pashto, and/or French well and have very good knowledge of the Swedish language both verbally and in writing. You should have good knowledge of the subjects the student is being taught. If you have previous experience with study guidance or pedagogical work, that is a merit. We would like to see that you have good IT skills and that you can master common programs used in school activities. You need to have a B driver's license and access to your own car as study guidance takes place at several of the municipality's schools. As a person, you are clear and structured. You have the ability to engage students in schoolwork. We expect you to have good collaboration skills with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are committed to leading students to good results.
