The school is modern and consists of several buildings. The main building is beautiful and built in a grand traditional style, and approximately 400 students attend the school. At the school, we work goal-oriented and leadership, as well as our approach, are built on good relationships. We learn from each other and solve challenges together. In support of this work, we have student services, a library, study and career counselor, and school management. Job Responsibilities Support and assist teachers in increasing students' study motivation. The assignment includes working together with school management, the student services team, work teams, students, and guardians. Collaboration with other actors and authorities may also be relevant. The assignment involves work at the individual, group, and school level. The approach is promotional, preventive, and remedial. Examples of work tasks may include: Developmental, motivating, and guiding conversations with students, participation in teaching, coordination of interventions around students at individual and/or group level, other tasks that support work teams, dialogue with guardians. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a university degree in pedagogy, psychology, social pedagogy, or social work, or another higher education degree that the employer deems relevant. If you have teacher training and/or experience in teaching, this is a merit. You are skilled at building good relationships, are engaged, thorough, and organized. You have the ability to drive your own processes forward, strong verbal skills, and express yourself well in speech and writing. You enjoy being a support for others and you have a professional approach. Experience working with young people is a requirement.
