The Career Guidance Counselor will be responsible for the cohesive guidance process for the individual and will conduct assessment conversations and individual guidance sessions. The goal is to create a well-developed career plan for each unique program participant. BackgroundYou have a Career Guidance Counselor degree. If you have experience in career guidance, coaching/mentoring, career transition work, or similar, that is a plus but not a requirement. However, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, previous experience, and good references. We welcome your application!
