The Career and Academic Counselor will be responsible for managing the comprehensive guidance process for individuals, conducting assessment conversations and individual counseling sessions. The goal is to develop a well-thought-out career plan for each unique program participant. As our colleague, you will work closely with Ability's experienced leaders and colleagues to create a safe and supportive work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop and achieve a high level of competence in this role and will be part of an extensive network spanning the entire country. You hold a degree as a Career and Academic Counselor. Experience in career counseling, coaching/mentoring, transition work, or similar is a plus but not a requirement. However, great importance will be placed on personal suitability, prior experience, and strong references.
