The Study and Career Counselor will be responsible for the comprehensive guidance process for individuals and will conduct assessment conversations and individual counseling sessions. The goal is to create a well-developed career plan for each unique participant in the program. As our colleague, you will work closely with Ability's experienced leaders and colleagues to create a safe and supportive work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop and reach a high level of competence within the service, and you will be part of an extensive network that spans across the entire country. You have a Study and Career Counselor degree. If you have experience in career guidance, coaching/mentoring, career transition work, or similar, that is a plus but not a requirement. However, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, previous experience, and good references. We welcome your application!
