We are now seeking a Career and Education Counselor to deliver the "Career Guidance" service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). As a Career and Education Counselor, you will be responsible for managing the comprehensive guidance process for individuals and conducting needs assessment interviews and individual career counseling sessions. The goal is to develop a well-thought-out career plan for each unique participant in the program. Personal Qualities Goal-oriented Organized Communicative Driven Background You have a degree in Career and Education Counseling. Experience in career counseling, coaching, career transition work, or similar is a plus but not required.
