As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for managing the comprehensive guidance process for individuals, conducting assessment interviews and individual counseling sessions. The goal is to create a well-developed career plan for each unique program participant.
As our colleague, you will work closely with Ability's experienced leaders and colleagues to create a safe and supportive work environment. Background
You have a degree in Career Counseling/Study and Vocational Guidance. If you have experience in vocational guidance, coaching/mentoring, career transition work, or similar, that is a plus but not a requirement. However, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, previous experience, and good references.
