The Career Counselor will be responsible for managing the cohesive guidance process for individuals, conducting assessment conversations and personalized career counseling sessions. The goal is to create a well-developed career plan for each unique participant in the program.

You have a degree in Career Counseling. If you have experience in career guidance, coaching/mentoring, career transition work, or similar, that is a plus but not a requirement. However, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, previous experience, and good references.
