We are now seeking a Career Guidance Counselor to support us in delivering the "Career Guidance" service on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). The Career Guidance Counselor will be responsible for the cohesive guidance process for individuals and will conduct assessment interviews and individual guidance sessions. The goal is to create a well-developed career plan for each unique program participant. Personal Qualities Goal-oriented Structured Communicative Driven Background You have a Career Guidance Counselor degree. If you have experience in career guidance, coaching/mentoring, career transition work, or similar, that is a plus but not a requirement.
