As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for the comprehensive guidance process for individuals, conducting assessment interviews and individual counseling sessions. The goal is to create a well-developed career plan for each unique program participant.

You have a Career Counselor degree. If you have experience in career guidance, coaching/mentoring, career transition work, or similar, that is a plus but not a requirement. However, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, previous experience, and good references.
