Your New Job We are now seeking a career and academic counselor for Njudungsgymnasiet. As a career and academic counselor, you are an important part of the school's student support team. You inform and guide students to make conscious choices about their own futures. By providing students with knowledge about educational pathways, the labor market, and working life, you help increase their decision-making competence. Your duties include, in addition to counseling, work with study plans, student choices, grades, and program and school transfers. You provide information both individually and in groups and participate in meetings and information sessions. About You We are looking for someone with a professional qualification in career and academic counseling. You have previous experience working as a career and academic counselor. You need to have a driver's license and access to a car. As a person, you are service-oriented and have a strong interest in working with students, student support, and teachers. You enjoy developing work methods, both for your own work and for the organization.
