The Position
Do you want to be part of creating something new? Clustera is already successfully working with Career Guidance in several places in the country. Now we are establishing operations in Haninge and are looking for you who want to be part of it from the start. Here you get the chance to combine operational work with the opportunity to influence and develop a business in its development phase.
You will work with guidance within our Career Guidance program, which is a mission from the Swedish Public Employment Service. The purpose is to provide our participants, who are job seekers, support and help in making well-considered choices to find sustainable paths to education and work.
As a career and education counselor, you will be part of a team working with career guidance. Your task is to support and guide participants, based on their conditions, toward realistic educational and career choices. During career guidance, they become aware of their competencies and abilities and what they need to develop competence-wise to achieve their goals. You will work with participants both individually and in groups, where you lead various group activities.
The position includes informing participants about different educational paths and career areas and supporting them on the way to suitable and sustainable education and work. Together with the participant, you build a realistic career plan that describes the steps that need to be taken to reach the final goal, a job.
The work tasks are to:
Take responsibility for the cohesive guidance process.
Conduct mapping interviews, individual guidance sessions, group guidance, workshops, lectures, and learning initiatives.
Identify the participant's needs, experiences, competencies, and interests.
Together with participants, create clear and realistic career plans.
Plan, document, and coordinate.
Collaborate with other career and education counselors and supervisors.
Create and maintain good contact with companies and education providers.
We are looking for someone who is driven, independent, goal-oriented, organized, and quality-conscious. It is important that you are curious, empathetic, creative, relationship-oriented, and can adapt to different people and situations. Additionally, you are accustomed to gathering information, have good knowledge of today's education areas, and have experience using digital tools.
There is a clear set of rules to follow, as the position is a mission from the Swedish Public Employment Service. Therefore, it is important that we work according to the same structure and procedures, and that we do so together as a unified team.
The position is full-time and on-site at our office in Haninge.
Requirements You Must Meet
You are a certified career and education counselor and are fluent in Swedish in speech and writing.
Certificate of studies must be provided.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Additional languages besides Swedish and English are meriting.
