Job Description We are seeking a full-time career and academic counselor. Your responsibilities will include providing career and academic guidance to students and collaborating with guardians and school staff. Your work will involve guiding and informing our students individually and in groups regarding upcoming educational and career choices. You will also manage administrative tasks related to upper secondary school selection and plan and follow up on internships. Together with educators and Bergsjö school's student wellness team, you will work proactively and preventatively to improve student wellbeing and increase goal achievement for all students. You will also provide support to staff at other schools in the municipality on matters concerning education and working life, and will work to expand collaboration with the business and industry sectors. You are also responsible for revising the municipality's career and academic counseling plan.
