Studies and Career Counselor 20% Permanent

For the fall term 2026, we are seeking a driven, positive, and engaged studies and career counselor who wants to be part of developing our operations in our new facilities in Kista. We are looking for someone with documented expertise in studies and career counseling who feels confident in your role as a career counselor. You have a genuine commitment to students' development and future opportunities and are skilled at creating a safe and stimulating environment where each student has the opportunity to develop according to their own prerequisites. As a career counselor with us, you are an important part of the school's work with students' future studies and career choices. You work closely with students, guardians, teachers, student support services, and school leadership to provide each student with good conditions to make well-informed and thoughtful choices. Being flexible, having good collaboration skills, and the ability to see each student's different needs and meet them according to their prerequisites are essentials for us. We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, takes initiative, and contributes with engagement, positive energy, and a professional approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
