Student Assistant - Land Management

As a land manager at the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket), you'll work with property law administration of Trafikverket's real estate portfolio. Trafikverket manages approximately 23,000 state-owned properties. Responsibilities As a student assistant with us, you'll participate in handling land management cases. You'll also work with Trafikverket's rights, support internal investigations, prepare land agreements for utility lines to line managers, and interact with external and internal customers. The role may include other tasks depending on emerging needs and can develop as the work progresses. The employment runs during the semester. Qualifications Who are you? You are solution-oriented and capable of understanding different work tasks. You're motivated by active participation where you take responsibility for your tasks in a goal-oriented manner while being aware of how you contribute to the bigger picture through collaboration with others. You are a full-time student at university level in surveying and have completed at least 60 university credits You have not started doctoral studies You hold a driver's license You have experience working with the property register and register map You have customer service experience It is also advantageous if you have: Experience in preparing property law agreements Experience with record management Additional Information As part of our team, you'll work 25%, which corresponds to approximately 10 hours per week.
