Case Processing, Customer Contact, and Teamwork As an insurance case officer, you have an important mission: to help citizens so that the right person receives the right compensation at the right time. You give individuals the ability to have oversight and feel secure in all contacts with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. Each individual has a unique situation and needs to be met based on their specific needs. In your work, you are responsible for conducting investigations based on applicable regulations. You verify, assess reasonableness, and supplement information. You then make decisions about compensation and implement the decision. In your work, you have some contact with applicants and insured persons in writing and by phone, as well as with, for example, employers. Your work includes documenting and registering relevant information related to incoming cases. You are responsible for ensuring that a legally secure and factual assessment is made in each individual case. The positions are focused on processing parental insurance cases. It is a job for someone who wants to take responsibility. We are looking for you who are pursuing full-time studies at university level (6 ch. 2§ Higher Education Ordinance) have completed approved studies corresponding to at least 60 higher education credits are service-oriented have a systematic and thorough work approach are stable and can maintain energy even in demanding situations are results-oriented and want to achieve set goals collaborate effectively with others to reach common goals have good communication skills, both verbal and written have the ability to handle IT systems efficiently and in effective workflows. Other Information Several positions, fixed-term employment according to the student employee agreement, part-time 25%, with start date by agreement. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, a passed security clearance is required according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
