As a student assistant at Forvis Mazars, you will have a varied role where you work with ongoing accounting administration and support the accounting department in several different processes. The role involves many touchpoints, both internally and externally, and gives you valuable experience in accounting while building an understanding of how a modern accounting function operates. Main responsibilities include: Support the accounting department in daily work with customer and vendor accounts Assist with reconciliations, reviews and monitoring of accounting documents Participate in investigation and follow-up of various accounting matters Handle receipts, expense reports and other accounting-related administration Provide administrative support in contact with customers, vendors and internal colleagues Administer contracts and ensure documentation is up to date and correct Support monthly closing and other recurring processes within the accounting function Contribute to development and improvement of administrative routines within the accounting department We Want to Get to Know You! We are looking for someone studying accounting at post-secondary level who wants to combine studies with a valuable position in accounting. You are thorough, structured and enjoy administrative work while having good customer service skills and enjoy collaborating with others. To thrive in the role, we see that you: Study an accounting program, other relevant university education or vocational training Are thorough and quality-conscious Have good computer skills and an interest in digital systems Have good communication skills and express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing Previous experience with accounting administration is a merit but not required Your Future Workplace The position is located in Stockholm. Our Stockholm office is located in modern facilities on Regeringsgatan, where approximately 100 employees work in close collaboration.
