About the AssignmentIn this role, you will become part of the company's sustainability team working with issues related to environment, product requirements, legislation and sustainable development. The team consists of specialists in sustainability, business development and compliance who together support the business in important sustainability matters. Here you help handle incoming questions from both internal functions and external customers. Many questions concern product-related environmental information, legal requirements, declarations and documentation. You will also contribute to structuring, collecting and quality-assuring information to create better working methods and long-term processes. You will receive thorough introduction and initially work closely with an experienced colleague to gradually take on greater responsibility. Your main responsibilities: Handle and follow up on cases related to environmental and product-related issues Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders Collect, review and manage documentation related to environmental requirements and legislation Support the business with information searches and investigations Contribute to structuring and improvement of internal processes and information management Ensure that documentation is stored and categorized efficiently for future use We are looking for youStudying environmental science, sustainable development, environmental engineering or similar at college or university Have a genuine interest in environmental and sustainability issues Enjoy collaborating and building good relationships Are structured and have the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously Are proactive and dare to ask questions Have a drive for improvement and enjoy finding smarter ways of working It is a merit if you have an interest in technology, products or vehicle-related issues, but it is not a requirement. Scope and PlacementThis is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by OIO. The assignment is carried out at our client, an established company with a strong focus on quality, development and sustainability.
