Responsibilities As a receptionist with us, you will have the opportunity to work in some of our clients' modern and well-renowned offices in the heart of Gothenburg. You will become part of an energetic and varied work environment where each day brings new meetings and tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to build valuable experience, network, and develop yourself in a professional role. The work includes traditional receptionist tasks such as welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, mail handling, purchasing office materials, and coordinating conferences. Our shifts are scheduled during office hours, Monday through Friday, and we would like you to be available 2-3 days per week. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, positive, and has a natural ability to communicate with others. If you have experience in service positions, reception, or switchboard work, that is a merit, but most important is that you have the right attitude and are ready to learn new things. You should be comfortable working both independently and in a team, have good language skills in Swedish and English, and be skilled at handling various computer systems. We see that you are responsible, solution-oriented, and have professional customer service skills. Furthermore, we also see that you, as someone applying for the position, are a student or have another occupation of at least 50%.
