Ref: 20261448 Job Responsibilities We are seeking a student employee for the City Office HR Department to conduct a survey of local procedures for violence and threats in Malmö city administrations. Your main tasks: Conduct a comprehensive survey of the extent to which administrations have ensured the existence of local procedures for violence and threats. Collect and analyze a sample of local procedures (spot check). Design and conduct a brief survey to HR functions in the administrations. Conduct supplementary interviews for qualitative depth (if needed). Analyze results in relation to current guidelines and support materials. Compile a written report with methodology, results, analysis, and recommendations. Present key results and recommendations verbally to the HR Department. The results should give the HR Department an overview of the current situation and identify areas for development to strengthen local occupational health work against violence and threats. Your survey will form the basis for continued work to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for Malmö city employees. Qualifications The student employee program is aimed at you who have completed at least 60 higher education credits and continue studying throughout the assignment period. You are studying human resources, HR, occupational health, public administration, political science, or sociology (or similar education). You have basic knowledge of occupational health and safety work (SAM) and experience with surveys/interviews (meriting). You have good analytical ability and written skills to compile results in a clear manner. As a person, you are structured, independent, and thorough, with an interest in occupational health issues and social development. About the Workplace The HR Department at the City Office is responsible for work on policy, strategy, and development issues, monitoring, and evaluation within the HR and employer area for Malmö city as a whole. We are responsible for HR system support, prepare matters for the City Council and its employer committee, and are responsible for central municipal cooperation. In cooperation with the administrations, we drive development within the city's common working methods and politically decided HR processes. The City Office directs, challenges, and strengthens the development force in the organization, in the city, and in the region. We are the City Council's administration and work with a holistic perspective close to the city's leadership. The City Office consists of seven different departments and has a total of approximately 300 employees. Our departments work within a broad spectrum of areas, and the administration has many employees with high specialist expertise. Malmö city's operations are organized in 14 administrations.
