Student Assistant

We are now looking for a student assistant at 80% who wants to become an important part of our operations and support one or more students during the school day. About the Position As a student assistant, you work closely with students, teachers, mentors, and student welfare services. Your role is to provide students with the support they need to participate in instruction, develop socially, and reach their goals. The work may include: - providing individual support during lessons and breaks - helping students structure and plan their schoolwork - clarifying instructions and creating predictability in the school day - supporting students in social situations and during transitions between activities - contributing to a safe and calm learning environment - working closely with teaching staff, mentors, and student welfare teams - monitoring and documenting students' development and needs - participating in break and lunch activities - contributing to the school's collective work on safety, study environment, and inclusion. The work may involve varying support needs throughout the day, and you will need to be able to adjust your approach based on the student's daily condition and situation. About You We are looking for someone who: - has experience working with children and youth - is calm, secure, and clear in your approach - has a natural ability to build positive relationships with students - is organized and responsible - is flexible and solution-oriented - has strong collaboration skills and enjoys working with others - has a genuine interest in students' learning and development. Experience as a student assistant or similar role is a merit. Education in pedagogy, child and recreation, special education, or other relevant fields is also a merit.
