MACHINERY OPERATOR - ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE Workplace: Nechranice Your Responsibilities - Operation and maintenance of the hydroelectric power plant and pumping station, including associated technologies - Performing inspections, routine maintenance, and operational recordkeeping - Repairs of mechanical, control, signaling, and emergency systems - Collaboration during emergency situations at facilities - Work in 12-hour shifts (day/night) Our Expectations - Secondary technical education or apprenticeship in electrical field - Experience in electrotechnical work (minimum 2-3 years; experience with voltage over 1000 V is an advantage) - Valid certification according to Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll. § 6 or higher - Professional knowledge in electrotechnics - User-level computer skills - Driver's license category B (active driver) - Good physical and health condition - Independence, responsibility, ability to handle emergency situations What We Offer - Interesting work in an economically strong company - Expected gross salary 38,000 - 50,000 Kč/month depending on your experience and responsibilities - Broad range of benefits (pension insurance contribution, 25 days of vacation, 5 days of recreation leave, subsidized meals, recreation allowance, cultural and sports benefits, etc.) - Start date by agreement Apply by August 20, 2026.
