Job Responsibilities: operation of gluing machine, routine maintenance and machine adjustment/calibration, responsibility for the final product quality, participation in resolving production discrepancies and machine issues Requirements: knowledge and experience from a similar position (e.g., machine mechanic). Personal qualities: teamwork, attention to detail, reliability, willingness to work in a three-shift operation.
