- We are recruiting a member of the Czech Prison Service into service according to Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on the service of members of security forces, for the position of prison guard - A prison guard oversees compliance with statutory conditions and prison internal regulations, guards and escorts incarcerated persons, conducts inspection activities, maintains order and security within the prison, and ensures inspections WE REQUIRE: At least secondary education with a final exam, clean criminal record, psychological resilience, physical fitness, and perfect health status - The selection process includes: initial interview, psychological evaluation, physical fitness tests, health examination, and verification of the applicant's clean record WE OFFER: Recruiting bonus of 150,000 Kč, prospective employment with a security force with opportunities for professional growth, 30 days of vacation, possibility of using FKSP benefits, after completing basic professional training a stabilization bonus of 6,000 Kč, access to a gym, pension insurance contribution, possibility of using dormitory accommodation
