Employment Type: Permanent Position Type: Full-time Expected Start Date: By agreement Work Location: Buštěhrad 1) Job Responsibilities • Ensuring local public order and other municipal police duties, • Protecting the safety of persons and property, • Supervising compliance with local ordinances and municipal regulations, • Monitoring safety and smooth traffic flow on public roads, • Detecting violations and cooperating with relevant authorities, • Participating in crime prevention. 2) Candidate Requirements A) Common Legal Requirements (for both officers and trainees) Candidates must: • Be a Czech Republic citizen, • Be at least 18 years old, • Have completed secondary education with a school-leaving exam, • Meet good character requirements, • Meet reliability requirements, • Be in good health. B) MUNICIPAL POLICE OFFICER/POLICEWOMAN (with certification) Additionally required: • Valid certificate demonstrating professional qualification to serve as a municipal police officer. C) TRAINEE MUNICIPAL POLICE OFFICER (without certification) Candidates may also be hired as trainees (without certification) if they meet the requirements listed above in section A) and also: • Are interested in a long-term career as a police officer, • Are prepared to complete training and pass a professional competency exam on the employer's schedule. Note: Trainees do not exercise police officer authority; advancement to the officer position is only possible after meeting professional requirements and providing certification. D) Employer's Additional Requirements • Good communication skills, independence, creativity, responsibility, • Psychological resilience, • User-level proficiency with PC (MS Office), • Category B driver's license, • Experience in the field is an advantage. 3) Compensation Salary classification will be determined in accordance with the Labor Code and Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., on wage conditions for public service employees, as amended; specific pay grade and salary step will be determined based on job classification and applicable work experience. 4) Documents to Submit Please provide the following: 1.
