The City of Náchod announces a SELECTION PROCEDURE for filling the following job position: Municipal Police Officer (Male/Female) in Náchod. Requirements: Czech citizenship; integrity and reliability (§ 4a, § 4b of Act No. 553/1991 Coll., as amended); minimum age of 21 years; secondary education with school-leaving examination; health fitness (§ 4 c of Act No. 553/1991 Coll., as amended); good physical and mental condition; class B driver's license - active driver; PC skills; communication skills, organizational abilities, friendly approach to citizens. Place of work: the workplace will be located in the territory of Náchod city, or in territories of other municipalities with which Náchod has concluded a public law contract. Salary conditions: salary classification according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., as amended: 5th salary grade, after meeting the specified professional requirements 8th salary grade. We offer: recruitment bonus of 50,000 Kč with commitment to remain in employment for 5 years, expected start date by agreement, permanent employment contract, 5 weeks of vacation, pension contribution supplement (after 12 months of employment), meal allowance, 4 days of indisposition leave (sick leave for short-term indisposition in the calendar year), contribution toward local waste management system fees for officers and their family members with permanent residence in Náchod, allocation of service apartment (for the duration of the officer's employment), health promotion voucher once per year in the amount of 2,000 Kč, opportunity for further education for this position and other benefits according to the collective agreement.
