Place of Work: Cadastral territory of the city of Krásná Lípa Job Type and Duties: • Municipal police officer, primarily responsible for maintaining local public order and performing additional tasks according to Act No. 553/1991 Coll., on Municipal Police as amended Salary Classification: • 8th salary grade according to Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code and Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. as amended • Employee benefits after orientation period (meal allowance, pension contributions, allowance for personal needs or interests up to 9,000 Kč per year) Employment Relationship: • Fixed-term contract; upon meeting conditions of professional qualifications according to Act No. 553/1991 Coll. on Municipal Police, employment will be converted to permanent contract Expected Start Date: • October 1, 2026 Candidate Must Meet the Following Requirements: • Czech citizenship • Minimum age 18 years • Secondary education with graduation certificate (maturita) • Clean criminal record in accordance with § 4a of Act No. 553/1991 Coll. • Reliability in accordance with § 4b of Act No. 553/1991 Coll. • Medical, physical, and mental fitness for police officer duties Additional Required Qualifications: • Valid driving license category "B" • User-level proficiency with PC (MS Office) • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems • Communication skills, reliability, professional conduct Advantages: • Valid certification of professional qualifications according to Act No. 553/1991 Coll. on Municipal Police as amended • Experience with municipal or city police • Weapons permit category "D" • Animal capture certification • Knowledge of local conditions Candidate Shall Submit a Written Application Containing: • Name and surname of candidate, title of candidate • Date and place of birth • Citizenship • Place of permanent residence • Identity card number • Email and phone contact • Date and signature of candidate Candidate Shall Attach to Application: • Structured curriculum vitae • Sworn statement regarding clean criminal record (if accepted, to be supplemented with extract no older than 3 months) • Sworn statement on integrity according to § 4a of Act No. 553/1991 Coll. • Sworn statement on reliability according to § 4b of Act No. 533/1991 Coll. • Copy of highest education qualification document (if accepted, to be supplemented with certified copy) • Copies of any other certificates of professional qualifications obtained • Extract from driving record rating no older than 1 month Deadline for Application Submission: • By September 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM Method of Application Submission: • In person at the city office reception desk or via Czech Post delivery • Mark envelope clearly with text "SELECTION PROCESS – POLICE OFFICER – For attention of City Mayor – DO NOT OPEN" The employer reserves the right to cancel this selection process at any time.
