Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older,
- citizen of the Czech Republic,
- completed secondary education with graduation exam,
- clean criminal record (proven by a criminal records registry excerpt),
- reliability (as defined by municipal police law and weapons law),
- medical fitness (verified through medical examination, physical tests, and psychological evaluation),
- Group D weapons permit. Applicants without a security officer certificate must successfully pass a professional competency exam for the weapons permit within three months of employment. Applicants with a security officer certificate must hold a Group D weapons permit (for professional purposes),
- Category B driver's license,
- communication skills, professional demeanor and interpersonal skills, conscientiousness, qualified and timely task completion, flexibility (adaptability to changes in work style and content).
Job Information:
- The role involves ensuring local public order matters in accordance with municipal police law and other relevant legal regulations, focusing on: protecting the safety of persons and property, enforcing civil conduct rules, maintaining public order, ensuring compliance with municipal ordinances and regulations, overseeing traffic safety and flow, contributing to crime prevention, and detecting violations.
- Employment contract for a fixed term in the first year, thereafter indefinite.
- Service is performed in continuous 24-hour operations according to a duty schedule.
- Until obtaining the "Certificate," the candidate receives an starting salary corresponding to pay grade 5. Upon assignment to direct service, the officer is placed in pay grade 8 with a personal supplement, special allowance, shift premium, night work premium, weekend work premium, and holiday/overtime premium.
