Strategic/Tactical Procurement Specialist – Consulting Assignment in Stockholm
Are you an experienced procurement specialist with a background in consulting procurement and public procurement? We are looking for a strategic/tactical procurement specialist for a long-term consulting assignment with our client in Stockholm. ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT You will be responsible for call-offs and procurement of consulting services and act as the link between the organization's needs and the supplier market. The role encompasses the entire procurement process – from needs analysis and request documentation to evaluation, contracting, and follow-up. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Execute call-offs from framework agreements and procurements of consulting services. • Develop assignment descriptions, requirements, tender documentation, and decision materials in collaboration with requesters. • Support the organization through evaluation, award, and contract signing. • Manage supplier dialogue, contract administration, purchase orders, and contract follow-up. • Work proactively to reduce lead times and improve processes, templates, and procurement procedures. • Manage master data, reporting, extensions, budget changes, and index adjustments. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WITH • Several years of experience in strategic and tactical procurement work. • Documented experience in consulting procurement, framework agreements, and call-off processes. • Strong knowledge of LUF or LOU and public procurement. • Experience independently managing the entire procurement and purchasing process. • Excellent Swedish both spoken and written. • A structured, business-oriented, and relationship-building approach. Experience with ABK 09, e-Avrop, ServiceNow, or procurement of technical and IT-related consulting services is advantageous. The assignment requires a passed security clearance and background check. PRACTICAL INFORMATION • Assignment type: Consulting assignment • Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week • Location: Sundbyberg. On-site presence at least three days per week; remote work may be possible up to approximately 30–40 percent. • Start: November 1, 2026, or by agreement • Duration: Approximately two years, with the possibility of extension for up to an additional two years NOTE!
