Read more about our benefits at Stockholm County Healthcare: Benefits at Stockholm County Healthcare About the Position Within the medical technology field, SLSO is responsible for ensuring structured, secure, and quality-assured management of medical technology equipment. The work involves close collaboration with healthcare operations and operations support such as procurement, finance, and IT to develop and maintain guidelines for medical technology equipment. The assignment also includes establishing and further developing the MT organization within SLSO. You will support operations with questions regarding medical technology products, incident management, investigation of adverse events and near misses, and implementation of requirements into operationally adapted working methods. Examples of Work Tasks - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and quality requirements. - Drive and develop strategies for medical technology equipment and systems. - Manage planning, implementation, and lifecycle management of medical technology products. - Participate in and lead procurements and develop technical requirement specifications. - Lead or participate in development and implementation projects within medical technology and digitalization. - Conduct environmental scanning and contribute to operational development. - Provide specialist expertise in medical technology matters for the entire organization. - Represent the organization in external forums. - And more Qualifications - University degree or master's degree in medical technology, data technology, electronics, or equivalent education deemed comparable by the employer. - Work experience in medical technology. - Experience developing and maintaining quality systems within medical technology. - Strong knowledge and experience in IT. Knowledge and understanding of GDPR. - Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We Consider It Advantageous If You Have - Education or knowledge in medical technology networks or medical technology systems. - Experience from large organizations or corporations. - Experience with change management. - Experience from the public sector. - Experience within the healthcare sector.
