About the Position As a strategic procurement manager, you will play a central role in a global technology company at the forefront of developing and manufacturing advanced products. You will be responsible for procurement across multiple categories, drive business strategic initiatives, and work on long-term improvements in supplier relationships and processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop strategic procurement processes within assigned product areas. Identify and qualify new suppliers, as well as develop existing partnerships. Negotiate commercial and legal terms with focus on quality, cost, and delivery reliability. Contribute to the development of long-term procurement strategies and process improvements. Work closely with project managers, engineering, and business teams in international projects. We're Looking for You: Have at least 4 years of experience in strategic procurement – preferably from industry, regional, retail, or larger international organizations. Have post-secondary education in procurement, finance, engineering, supply chain, or equivalent. Have strong experience driving complex negotiations and developing supplier strategies. Have excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used internally and externally. It's not necessary, but advantageous if you have: Experience procuring technical products such as electronics or mechanical components. Previous project management experience or experience driving improvement initiatives. Experience working in an international environment with a global supplier base.
