About the assignment As a strategic procurement manager, you are responsible for developing and driving business and procurement strategies within technologically advanced areas. The role involves end-to-end responsibility throughout the commercial process – from strategy and supplier dialogue to negotiation, contracting, and follow-up. You work closely with several parts of the organization, such as development, production, project management, and aftermarket, in an environment characterized by long-term thinking, high quality requirements, and international collaboration. The assignment includes, among other things Developing and implementing strategic procurement and sourcing strategies Driving commercial dialogues and negotiations with suppliers Establishing and managing contracts in complex and technology-intensive business dealings Leading and coordinating supplier work in close collaboration with internal functions Monitoring supplier performance related to quality, cost, delivery, and long-term capacity Contributing to the development of sustainable and robust supplier relationships Working strategically with total cost of ownership, risk, and supply security We are looking for you who Have experience with strategic and business-driven procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or contract management work, and who thrives in an environment where technology and business go hand in hand. You are accustomed to working cross-functionally, have a structured work approach, and are driven by creating long-term value in complex business dealings. Your profile University degree in economics, technology, or other relevant field Several years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or similar business-driven roles Experience with negotiation and contract work in complex organizations Strong understanding of business and strategic perspectives related to the supplier chain and total cost of ownership Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience from technology-intensive industry, such as defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or advanced production Experience with international supplier relationships Understanding of project-oriented operations and complex supply chainsDo you want to work in an organization where technology, business, and societal impact meet?
