We are now looking for an engaged colleague for our procurement department in Söderfors during a parental leave from October 2026 to October 2027. For us, the right person is much more important than the right experience. Opportunity to contribute and develop In this role, you will have a varied and exciting day-to-day with a strong focus on operational work and supplier relationships. You will be the lynchpin between our international partners and our local operations in Söderfors. With us, you don't just get a job – you get an opportunity to develop and truly contribute. Depending on your profile, you will work with and put your mark on: Supplier Relations & Communication: You maintain and develop relationships with our suppliers around the world, where a large part of the contact takes place in English. Commercial Focus: You work with request for quotation (RFQ), price negotiations and cost tracking. Processes & Structure: We continuously work on improving how we work. Here you get the chance to be part of developing our internal procurement processes and working methods. Problem-Solving & Delivery Precision: You handle everyday challenges such as material shortages to ensure that our production has what it needs. Who are you? We are looking for you who: Have a strong interest in procurement, business and international relations. Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. Are solution-oriented, structured and like to drive things forward. It is advantageous if you have: Experience with or a strong interest in working with and developing processes. Experience working in environments with high quality and safety requirements (for example certifications such as ISO or similar standards). Previous experience in procurement or industry.
