Together with engaged colleagues, your main task will be to support and create a fun and meaningful daily life for our elderly residents. Teamwork for quality care We work in teams around each resident with nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapist, activity coach, and physiotherapist to provide health-promoting care and services of excellent quality. This also means you have reliable support from colleagues, both care staff and other professional roles. At Villa Tollare you will also find our preschool located in the same facilities, which contributes to wonderful interactions between children and the elderly. As a nursing assistant with us, you provide individual and secure care by working in a close relationship with the elderly person and their loved ones, and you see the elderly from a holistic perspective. You perform certain medical care work based on delegation from the nurse. To succeed in the role with us, it is important that you have good collaboration and initiative skills and take responsibility for driving eldercare of the highest quality. We need to ensure that applicants have the right to work in Sweden. If you move forward in the process, we will request documents proving your right to work in Sweden. We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with several years of experience working with people with somatic conditions. As a person, you take initiative in your work and see what needs to be prioritized from a holistic perspective. You have high service commitment and are helpful to your colleagues and ensure that your tasks are completed with quality. You are confident in your professional role and are responsible and thorough. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing as well as good experience documenting. There are four permanent positions at 80% with a probationary period and start according to agreement. Working hours are scheduled day/evening shifts.
